United Developers is a Limited Liability Company owned in majority by its founder and president, Adeyinka Badewa.

 The president, Adeyinka Badewa, who has an MBA in Accounting, started as a real estate agent in 2003, and became a Broker/Owner of RE/MAX HomeMasters Brooklyn Park, Minnesota in 2005. And by 2006, he started the construction arm of the company, eStoreMasters LLC, which is now dba United Developers.

United Developers competitive edge is its reputation in the community. Over the past few years, United Developers has won a number of accolades for quality and design. Its satisfied customer base continues to expand and spread the word.

Another edge we have is the expertise of the owners in renovating older homes. The president has been in the real estate and construction industry for more than 10 years. In addition, he has strong business background, with an MBA in Finance and Accounting.

In addition, we have been very focused in a small geographical area, Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center, Maple Grove, Ramsey, Elk River, Farmington, and other few places iin the twin cities in minnesota. We know the values in our market much better than the sellers, realtors, and in most cases , our competition. This extensive knowledge gives us a lot of leverage.
